Do you ever offer discounts?

We offer special rates for birthday parties, groups of 10+ and school groups. Guests with a Blue Light ID receive a discount off their admission.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept cash and most major credit cards. We do not take personal cheques.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE?

Yes! You can purchase your tickets online.

HOW MUCH IS A MEMBERSHIP?

Memberships start at £37.50 for a whole year of unlimited visits and more. See our Membership page for full details and benefits.

iS THERE A FEE FOR PARKING?

Parking is FREE!

WHAT DAYS ARE YOU CLOSED?

We are closed on Christmas and Boxing day.

CAN WE BRING OUR PUSH CHAIR?

Yes, there is ample space to navigate push chairs and wheelchairs throughout Paradise Park. 

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed into the Paradise Park Attractions.

DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE?

Yes, wheelchairs are available. Subject to availability. 

CAN MY CHILD BRING A SKATEBOARD, BICYCLE, OR SCOOTER?

For the safety of our staff and our guests, we do not allow bikes, scooters, skates, skate-shoes, skateboards, hoverboards, or Segways.

WHAT ARE YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

We sincerely hope you will enjoy all the benefits of being a Paradise Park Annual Member including unlimited access to the park 363 days a year. Some extra charges may apply, for example additional attractions, Christmas visits etc. For clarification the terms and conditions under which membership is offered are listed below:
1. Annual Parkpasses cannot be purchased in full or part using Tesco Vouchers.
2. An Annual Parkpass is not transferable.
3. Entrance to the Park is not permitted without a valid and signed Annual Parkpass. Signatures will be checked on each visit.
4. We will not automatically replace a lost or stolen Annual Parkpass. A replacement card can be issued subject to verification of identity and is subject to a small administration fee. Prior notification is required to help@paradisepark.co.uk – interim admission is charged at the normal tariff price which can be refunded once the Annual has been found or re-issued (receipt signed and authorised by Duty Manager for future refund).
5. Any change of address must be notified in writing either by post or e-mail to help@paradisepark.co.uk.
6. Babies and those not yet three years old are free of charge.
7. All Annual Parkpass memberships are for a minimum of 12 months and non refundable.
8. Admission to the Park and use of the facilities are subject to the published last admission and closing times.
