There may be times when entry is paused to keep visitors safe. Pre-paid online day tickets will be given priority during these periods. If possible, please avoid arriving at peak times which are 10.30 – 11.30am and 1.30 – 2.30pm to ensure a better experience. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, you will be able to book a 45 minute soft play slot on arrival in the Play Zone. This is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that a slot will be available to book. The train is accessed from the main gardens only and the platform on the Coffee Shop patio will be closed until Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.

If you are an annual pass holder, we ‘paused’ all memberships for the number of days we were closed. If your membership has expired during the time that we have been closed, your expiry date will be extended by the number of days we have been closed.
