8' x 6' Lodge Playhouse with standard 2' 6" verandah. This building shows what you can achieve with some of the coloured treatments now available The Lodge Specification:

Eaves height: 3' 10" (1.17m) on low side,
4' 10" (1.47m) on the high side.
Ridge height : 7'2" (2.18m).
Cladding: 12mm tongue and grooved deal shiplap.
Framing: 33mm x 45mm deal.
Glazing: safety acrylic.

The Lodge and Playhouse have an integral loft and ladder which is positioned against the back wall.
