Paradise Park welcomes all guests, and we want everyone to get the best out of their day with us. We have facilities in place to aid our less abled visitors to enjoy everything and gain the full experience.

  • Everyone pays to enter Paradise Park or for an Annual Pass.
  • Evidence of DLA/PIP payments must be provided to be able to purchase a Person with Disabilities Day Ticket/Annual Pass or a Person with Disabilities Carer Day Ticket/Annual Pass (the evidence must be dated within the last 2 years). Evidence must be shown to staff at the entrance. If evidence is not brought or not in date the full charge will apply.
  • If purchasing a Person with Disabilities plus Carer Day Ticket/Annual Pass, the carer must be 18yrs+. When purchasing a Person with Disabilities plus Carer Annual Pass the carer will be linked to the person with disabilities and only one card will be issued to the person with disabilities and the carer can only enter the Park when the person with disabilities enters.
  • If the person with disabilities needs two carers, a doctors letter stating this also needs to be shown at the entrance upon arrival.
  • We reserve the right to ask for photographic ID if we feel it is needed.
  • We do not have separate entry points or a queue jumping system in place. During the holidays the queues may be long.
  • We only allow fully trained Assistance Dogs into Paradise Park. Assistance Dogs must be on a lead or harness and accompanied by the disabled person or another member of the party at all times.. Dogs undergoing training will not be allowed inside Paradise Park. Proof of training may be requested. No other pets are allowed.
  • Well behaved dogs are however welcome in our garden centre and sections of our coffee shop.
  • The disabled parking is next to the entrance.
  • Parking is free of charge.
  • Please always take care when moving vehicles around the car park.

  • We are part of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme for people with hidden disabilities and recognise that some people may need more time, help or support. Our team are trained to recognise the lanyard and act accordingly.
  • We are wheelchair accessible. Most of the paths are tarmac or flat surfaces. Ramps are installed where needed.
  • A limited number of wheelchairs (self-propelled) are available on a free of charge hire basis and are collected from the main garden centre customer services desk by the tills. These are available to pre-book on a first come first served basis.
  • Each of our toilets contains baby change facilities. We have a small supply of nappies and wipes for when things run out.
  • We have disabled toilets available at the front of Paradise Park, and within the visitor attraction.
  • All catering and shopping facilities are accessible to guests in wheelchairs. If you require additional assistance, please ask a member of staff.
