Terms & Conditions for Annual Park Pass
We sincerely hope you will enjoy all the benefits of being a Paradise Park Annual Member including unlimited access to the park 363 days a year. Some extra charges may apply, such as our Christmas grotto. Our terms and conditions under which annual membership is offered are listed below:
An Annual Park Pass is not transferable.
Any offer to get the admission fee refunded is only valid on the day of the visit and only for those present. It is dependent on providing the original till receipt before our closing time of 6pm. This offer excludes entry via Tesco vouchers or complimentary park passes.
Entrance to the Park is not permitted without a valid Annual Parkpass.
Babies and those not yet three years old are free of charge.
All Annual Parkpass memberships are for a minimum of 12 months and non refundable.
Admission to park and use of facilities are subject to the published last admission and closing times.
If any or all facilities are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, annual membership cannot be extended or monies refunded.
If your card is lost or stolen, you will be asked to bring verification of identity and complete a lost/stolen form. An administration fee is applicable. A replacement card can only be processed by our administration department.
Paradise Park reserve the right to refuse admission or withdraw Annual membership at any time.
Personal or verbal abuse of staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse admission and revoke Annual membership.
Paradise Park will keep your details on file under the regulations of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Children 16 years or under must be accompanied by an individual aged 18 years or over.
